Pogosto jo razumemo kot \u201ene-\u0161kodovanje\u201c, vendar pa v svojem bistvu zajema na\u010din \u017eivljenja, ki temelji na ljubezni, spo\u0161tovanju in so\u010dutju do vseh bitij, tudi do nas samih.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nekaj prakti\u010dnih primerov ahimse:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Prijazno izra\u017eanje:<\/strong> Ahimsa pravi, da se je v pogovoru potrebno izogibati ostrim ali bole\u010dim besedam. Pomembno je, da s so\u010dutjem govorimo resnico in poskrbimo, da komunikacija na\u0161ega sogovornika spodbuja in ne rani.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zavestno obna\u0161anje:<\/strong> Po na\u010delu ahimse se je potrebno izogibati dejanjem, ki \u0161kodujejo drugim, na primer povzro\u010danju bole\u010dine \u017eivalim ali okolju. Mnogi praktikanti ahimse, se tako na primer odlo\u010dijo za vegeterijansko ali pa vegansko dieto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So\u010dutno mi\u0161ljenje:<\/strong> Na\u010delo ahimse pravi, da negativne misli pogosto vodijo v \u0161kodljiva dejanja. Opustiti je potrebno vse oblike obsojanja in pristopiti k druga\u010dnosti ter raznolikosti z razumevanjem. Namesto da se na primer jezno odzivamo na druga\u010dna stali\u0161\u010da nekoga, si je dobro prizadevati za empatijo in odprtost v na\u0161em bitju.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ahimsa do nas samih<\/strong><b><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Velikokrat pozabimo, da na\u0161 odnos do drugih odra\u017ea na\u0161 odnos do samih sebe. Kako komuniciramo z ljudmi pogosto poka\u017ee, kak\u0161en je na\u0161 notranji dialog do nas samih. Bistvenega pomena je torej, da ne-nasilje uporabljamo tudi pri sebi in da tudi do sebe ravnamo prijazno in so\u010dutno.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nekatere zelo pogosto pojavljajo\u010de oblik samo-nasilja so:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ostra samo-kritika:<\/strong> Potrebno je, da smo zelo pozorni na to, kako govorimo sami s seboj. Obsojajo\u010di notranji dialogi so oblika samo-nasilja, ki ga je potrebno zamenjati z afirmacijami ljubezni in samo-spo\u0161tovanja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pretirana telesna preobremenitev:<\/strong> \u0160e posebej na joga blazini obstaja tendenca, da se silimo v to, da bi delali ve\u010d in da bi presegli svoje meje v nenehnem prizadevanju za popolnost ter napredek. Tak\u0161no prizadevanje je lahko oblika agresije in nasilja nad samim seboj, \u0161e posebej ko ni podprto z zavestnim delovanjem in ljubeznijo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krivda, strah in jeza:<\/strong> Sposobnost opu\u0161\u010danja krivde, strahu in jeze je bistveni del samo-zdravljenja. Pri tem je pomembno, da se nau\u010dimo sebi odpustiti za pretekle napake, kar nam tudi omogo\u010da, da ob njih zrastemo in se u\u010dimo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Preobrazbena mo\u010d ahimse<\/strong><b><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Ahimsa v svojem bistvu ne pomeni le to, da nismo nasilni, ampak pomeni <strong>ljubezen.<\/strong> Nasilje namre\u010d izvira iz strahu in ko premagamo strah, ustvarimo prostor za razcvet ljubezni. Ta ljubezen pa ni pasivna &#8211; dejavno si prizadeva za\u0161\u010dititi in podpirati vse dobro v \u017eivljenju ter se odlo\u010dno upreti zlu. \u010ce se na primer krivici upremo z ljubeznijo in ne z jezo, je to v skladu z ahimso.<\/p>\n<p>Brez ljubezni nasprotovanje slabemu postane nasilje, brez nasprotovanja pa ljubezen postane dopu\u0161\u010danje zla. Prava ahimsa vklju\u010duje torej <strong>boj z ljubeznijo<\/strong> &#8211; prav tako kot skrbna mati, ki svojega otroka disciplinira, da bi ga odvrnila od slabega.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u017diveti ahimso pomeni prizadevati si, da se znebimo strahu in prevzamemo miselnost so\u010dutja.
